Testimonials

Adolf Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd. has been a loyal client of Mystic Images for about 10 years. Lynnette Kring and her company have always combined quality, service and value into every keepsake design.  Our families look forward each year to receiving these unique keepsake ornaments at our Annual Candlelight Memorial Service. The keepsakes are individually gift wrapped and presented with a personal card and verse. I truly feel these personal gifts from our family owned funeral home represent us in an elegant, thoughtful and professional manner.

At our annual Remembrance Service, our Funeral Home has given the beautiful Snowflake keepsakes to each family who has lost a loved one during the year. The porcelain keepsakes allow us to write the name of the deceased on the back.  They are reasonably priced and come with a small box, so we are able to package as a gift.   Mystic Images also are so prompt with the shipments as well as friendly!!   We are fortunate to have found you!

We have provided a beautiful keepsake ornament to our families for many years.  During the holidays and throughout the year, they see this ornament and remember their loved one… and know that we care!

– Sue Klicka, Lundberg Funeral Home, Cannon Falls MN

Each year we have two remembrance trees displayed in our funeral home prior to our annual “Remembrances, Tinsels and Tears” holiday service.  One tree is for remembering those loved ones who have died and it is filled with the Butterfly’s Message ornaments!  The other tree is for remembering our beloved pets and the “Paw Print” ornaments are hung on it.  The ornaments are truly treasured and passed on to families to be hung on their trees every year at Christmastime.  It seems as though each year our ornament order gets larger and larger once people see the quality and the beauty of the ornaments!

“Lynn and Mystic Images, you are the best; we’ve used your ornaments for our Holiday Memorial Service for the past eight years.  You always have a fitting theme to build our program around and your quality is second to none.  Thanks !!

– John Leiting – Murray Funeral Homes, Beaver Dam-Horicon -Reeseville WI

We received more personal “thank you” notes and phone calls about our butterfly ornament this year than in any years past.  Being so pleased with the response – we have decided to use it year around.  We now give them to donor families at the time of consent as an honor to their loved one.  I can’t begin to tell you what a comfort it is to our families.  This little butterfly gives them something to hold onto.  The reception has been amazing.

We began ordering our ornaments for our annual Hospice Tree of Love event in 2006 from Mystic Images.  We have found every year there are so many wonderful choices and the messages they bring are very comforting to our families.  Lynnette has a unique way of saying with her art what our families are feeling in their hearts about their loved ones.  Each year we look forward to her new designs.

As Family Services Coordinator for the Iowa Lions Eye Bank, I was elated to find Lynnette’s creation of “The Journey” ornament at a statewide conference.  This beautiful keepsake became the symbolic theme for a new project of our organization; honoring hundreds of eye, organ and tissue donors who’s “journey” of life continued after death through the gifs of donation to grateful recipients.  Lynnette’s creative and artistic talents, compassion, dedication and commitment were in complete alignment with our mission and focus.  We look forward to her continued assistance with future projects.

Your unique ornaments played a special part of our hospice services this Christmas season. “The Journey” ornament was especially appropriate for our “Journey Through Grief” Adult Grief Support Group as they used it for their annual Christmas Memorial service. It was a great comfort as participants paid tribute to their loved ones. Your unique creation of our Hospice logo in the form of an ornament will be a treasured keepsake for volunteers and families served by our organization for years to come.
